Seeking a data whisperer who quickly outpaces everyone around them. You know excel and analytics, SQL and data migrations. You’re in sales ops or finance, ideally in the media industry, and you’re looking for your next move to something where you can flex your skills.
Boostr is a CRM designed entirely by and for media and ad tech experts. We’re building the team, tools, process and approach every day so there’s lots of room to build something of your own.
This role is as a data expert on the Customer Success team working with clients to migrate their data onto our platform, build their reporting and handle the tasks that are required to keep their data clean, scrubbed and accurate.
Key Competencies
- Migrating customers off of their current CRM to boostr. This requires detailed data migration work.
- Building customized reporting solutions based on client requirements.
- Representing the insights from the data.
- Problem-solving around the best approach. If a client wants to go from A to B in boostr, but their data is still at A- what’s the best way to get them to B
- Finding ways to make the above easier, faster and repeatable
- Making those faster, easier more efficient ways of doing things part of the internal process and external differentiator with clients.
- Representing boostr as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, and through community sites and social media.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in the advertising industry at a publisher or ad-tech firm – expertise in operations or finance preferred
- Excel is a must, bonus if you have an interest or aptitude in coding languages like SQL, Python, VBA etc.
- Ability to develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and repeatable processes
- Consultative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to grow into bigger role
